About

About Us

Your Health Space is a workplace mental health program developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Ontario Division. It provides psychoeducational training to Ontario’s health care organizations to support them in addressing the chronic workplace stress affecting their staff. It is available for free, through funding from Ontario’s Ministry of Health. Your Health Space aims to help health care workers and leaders embrace psychological health and safety practices, increase their mental health literacy, and encourage conversations about workplace mental health. The program is delivered through self-directed e-Learning and live workshops, with the latter facilitated by a remote team of trainers representing all Ontario Health regions. This team is available to develop customized training packages that reflect the unique needs of each organization. Since launching in May 2022, Your Health Space has trained nearly 60,000 participants from across Ontario.

About the Symposium

Leaders Advancing Wellness: Sharing Strategies for a Flourishing Health Care Workplace is the inaugural symposium from CMHA Ontario’s Your Health Space program. This event will bring together health care leaders from across Ontario to discuss psychological health and safety in the workplace, promote collaboration, and explore actionable steps to improve workplace mental health within their organizations and the healthcare sector. This symposium not only sets the stage for meaningful dialogue, but also serves as a crucial lead-up to Mental Health Awareness Month in May.

Join us on April 29 and 30, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Toronto as we champion a healthier, more supportive healthcare work environment for all!
